Please join the Atlantic Council, in partnership with the American Pops Orchestra, to the inaugural NATO Symphony Orchestra concert and pre-event reception on Thursday, July 11, at the Library of Congress to celebrate the 75th anniversary of NATO on the margins of the Washington Summit.
The pre-event reception, hosted by the Munich Security Conference, will be held in Room LJ-119, beginning at 6:00 p.m. ET with the NATO Symphony Orchestra following at 7:00 p.m. ET in the Coolidge Auditorium.
In a historic display of transatlantic unity, this first-of-its-kind performance will convene leading musicians from each of the thirty-two NATO member states to demonstrate the enduring value of the Alliance. In celebration of seventy-five years of NATO, this event will feature keynote remarks from prominent officials and leading voices in the arts community—including a presentation in which Peter Frampton will be honored with the American Pops Orchestra’s Cultural Ambassador Award to celebrate his contributions to transatlantic arts and music.
We recommend business attire for this event.
