Alyona Nevmerzhytska is a 2023 Millennium fellow and serves as chief executive officer of the leading Ukrainian independent online news media platform hromadske.ua. Nevmerzhytska started her career in media in 2012 at the English-language news source Kyiv Post and since that time has made media her passion, with a focus on the business side of media. Nevmerzhytska’s main goal is the diversification of the streams of revenue and media development, making sure the newsroom can do its ethical job at the highest level. She is a graduate of Stockholm School of Economics Riga’s Media Management Program.
