Dominykas Kaminskas is a visiting fellow with the Transatlantic Security Initiative within the Atlantic Council’s Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security. Kaminskas currently serves as a lecturer and researcher within the Institute of International Relations and Political Science at Vilnius University as well as the European Humanities University. His professional background includes public relations, event management, and social media management.

Kaminskas is currently a PhD candidate at Vilnius University, where he is completing his thesis on the regulation of political conflict in contemporary democracy. During his PhD studies, he also spent time as a visiting researcher at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece.

Kaminskas holds a master’s degree in studies of contemporary politics from Vilnius University and has also spent time on exchange at Amsterdam University.
