Glory Edozien, PhD, is a global advisor for the Women for Prosperity project at the Atlantic Council’s Freedom and Prosperity Center.

With over two decades of experience working across Africa and Europe, she is an internationally recognized expert in women’s leadership development, gender diversity, and executive visibility. As the founder of Inspired by Glory Academy, she has trained over 500 female leaders, specializing in helping women secure high-impact leadership roles through mentorship, strategic networking, and personal branding.

Glory has also worked with the United Nations Development Programme and the Nigerian Federal Ministry of Environment, integrating gender perspectives into national climate policies and global sustainability frameworks, as well as partnering with global institutions to drive inclusive leadership and economic justice for women.

A Forbes Coaches Global Council member and LinkedIn Top Voice for Women in Africa, Edozein has been featured in many notable magazines and platforms including Guardian Woman, Guardian Life, Ebony Life TV, Genevive Magazine, and Arise. Edozein holds a PhD in real estate and planning from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom and is a certified expert in climate change and renewable energy finance.
