Helena Fee Rasch is a visiting fellow at the Atlantic Council’s Freedom and Prosperity Center.
Rasch has extensive experience working for international organizations, focusing on public policy and economic analysis. She is currently pursuing a dual master’s degree in public policy and administration at the London School of Economics and Sciences Po Paris. Her work combines advanced quantitative methodologies with an understanding of policy and legislative processes.
Rasch has worked with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and the European Parliament. At the OECD, she contributed to projects on agricultural policy, including evaluations of Austria’s Common Agricultural Policy Strategic Plan and discussions on sustainable productivity growth. At the European Parliament, she improved communication strategies for IT tools.
Rasch is especially interested in exploring how values such as gender equality, economic freedom, and access to education influence political and legal freedoms. Her expertise in policy evaluation and economic analysis aligns with her passion for contributing to data-driven research that advances inclusive and sustainable governance.
