On March 9, Transatlantic Security Initiative team members Leah Scheunemann, Anca Agachi, Kimberly Talley, nonresident senior fellows Lisa Aronsson and Rich Hooker, and distinguished fellow Franklin Kramer, were mentioned in Gazeta de Nord-Vest for their meeting at the Romanian Ambassador’s Residence to discuss Black Sea security and the increasing interest in the region as the US seeks to formulate a Black Sea strategy (text in Romanian).
