Dr. David Bray, inaugural director for the Atlantic Council’s new GeoTech Center and former IT Chief for the Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Program at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, joins the Real Leaders Podcast to talk about the response, nature, and impact of pandemics. He lead the program’s technology response during 9/11, the 2001 Anthrax attacks, Severe Acute Respiratory System (SARS) in 2003, and other international public health emergencies.
