About the Program

The Millennium Fellowship is a one-of-a-kind leadership “accelerator” open to rising leaders around the world (ages 25-35) committed to achieving transformational change in their communities, countries, and professional fields with a global impact to tackle the defining challenges of their generation. Competitively selected fellows become part of the Council’s “family”, traveling to the front-lines of global challenges with our top experts, meeting world leaders, benefiting from a curriculum of advanced training and executive coaching, and forging a global network of exceptional peers and lifelong relationships. Our fellows represent Fortune 500 executives, nonprofit CEO’s, economists, researchers, and advisors to governments. For more information about fellows and alumni, visit our Fellows Page. The fellowship is a part-time, one-year program requiring two weeks of in-person activities and about 40-hours of virtual activities, supplemented by individual executive coaching, collaboration with Council experts and other fellows, and optional events that take place around the world and throughout the term.
