From NATO: NATO’s Military Committee will meet in Chiefs of Defence Staff (CHODs) session on 26 and 27 January 2010 in NATO HQ, Brussels. The various meetings will focus on the progress made in ongoing operations and the New Strategic Concept for NATO.
Together with the Chiefs of Defence of all 28 NATO member states, 35 Chiefs of Defence of Partner countries and Troop Contributing Nations will also be present. NATO’s two Strategic Commanders, Adm. Stavridis (Supreme Allied Commander Operations) and Gen. Abrial (Supreme Allied Commander Transformation), the commanders of the Joint Force Commands Lisbon, Brunssum and Naples as well as Gen. McChrystal, Commander ISAF, Lt.Gen. Caldwell, Commander NATO Training Mission Afghanistan and the Pakistan Chief or Army Staff, Gen. Kiyani, will participate in discussions on NATO’s operations…
