NATO holds talks on coping with limited finances

From the AP:  An official says experts from NATO and its member countries are meeting in Prague to discuss how the alliance can remain a relevant force despite dwindling financial resources.

Czech Deputy Defense Minister Jiri Sedivy says a two-day informal gathering of experts, which opened Thursday in Prague, will consider the impacts of defense budget cuts by member countries.  (photo: Reuters)
