From NATO: On 26 January, the 29 Chiefs of Defence of the NATO-Russia Council Military Representatives (NRC-MR) met in Brussels. The Chairman of the NRC-MR offered his condolences to the Russian Federation on the tragic events at Domodedovo Airport two days ago, stating that we stand together in the fight against terrorism.
During the meeting, the NRC CHODs approved the NRC-MR Work Plan for 2011. This Work Plan builds on the success of the 2010 Work Plan, and seeks to deepen and broaden NATO-Russia military cooperation. The plan covers six agreed areas of cooperation, Logistics, Combating Terrorism, Search and Rescue at Sea, Counter Piracy and two new areas of cooperation, Theatre Missile Defence and Military Academic Exchanges. …
The NRC CHODs welcomed the NRC Consolidated Glossary of Cooperation, that will be published later this year under the joint and general editorship of Army General Nikolay Makarov and Admiral Giampaolo Di Paola.
