Hellyer, nonresident senior fellow at the Hariri Center; Dr. Haykel Ben Mahfoud, nonresident fellow at the Hariri Center; and Dr. Karim Mezran, senior fellow at the Hariri Center. Ms. Mirette F. Mabrouk, deputy director and director for research and programs at the Hariri Center, moderated the event.
