On Monday, September 29 at 4:00 p.m. ET the Atlantic Council’s Adrienne Arsht Latin America Center hosted the launch of the Dominican Republic–US Economic Strategy Advisory Group’s flagship report, co-hosted in partnership with AmCham Dominican Republic as part of Semana Dominicana.
The event featured Víctor “Ito” Bisonó, minister of industry and trade of the Dominican Republic, alongside US and Dominican private-sector leaders. Together, they outlined the joint potential of the Dominican Republic and the United States to advance economic integration across a series of key issues: industrial supply chain security, infrastructure, cybersecurity, critical minerals, and regional security.
