The US unconventional oil and gas boom continues to reshape global energy markets. Along with enabling the United States to become one of the world’s largest oil and gas producers, the shale boom has also paved the way for increased US energy exports, particularly of LNG. This not only has this impacted international markets, but it is also driving changes in LNG contracts and pricing. However, as US production and exports continue to change international markets, a surge of LNG from Australia, Qatar, and the emergence of other producers like Angola could lead to an oversupplied market, as producers grapple with the current low energy price environment. The conversation will focus on the outlook for US LNG, changes in the LNG market globally, and other trends and drivers.

Lunch will be served.
