President Barack Obama's foreign policy agenda has expanded engagement throughout the Western Hemisphere. New trade, energy, and security partnerships with our neighbors are a reality. Just days ahead of the President's trip to Cuba and Argentina, National Security Advisor Susan E. Rice will discuss President Obama's vision for the Western Hemisphere and how his upcoming visit to Latin America will solidify and advance this strategic partnership.
