Please join Atlantic Council CEO Fred Kempe for a private luncheon on Wednesday, May 15th from 12:00 – 2:00 pm at the Atlantic Council in Washington DC (1030 15th Street NW).
The lunch discussion will cover timely topics in global affairs as well as the work of the Atlantic Council with core members of our corporate membership community. This event presents an exclusive, off-the-record opportunity for our corporate members to engage with each other and the Atlantic Council’s leadership.
As Fred Kempe has highlighted so far in 2019, we are currently facing an inflection point in history—the world is navigating intersecting global risks that have created the most unsettled global situation since the Cold War’s end. Among these risks, which lie at the heart of the Atlantic Council’s mission, are the breakdown of the global system, uncertainties about America’s role in the world, and the destabilizing potential of next-generation technologies. How the U.S. approaches strategy and engagement on these issues will have long-term consequences for the global order. We look forward to discussing these issues, as well as specific opportunities to further engage with the Atlantic Council at this event.
We are always grateful for the ongoing support and engagement of our corporate community members and we look forward to this opportunity to better understand your interests areas and priorities for the remainder of the year.
