On behalf of the Atlantic Council’s Global Energy Center, I’m pleased to invite you to attend a private, off-the-record lunch event with Dr. Ken Koyama, Managing Director and Chief Economist at the Institute of Energy Economics, Japan (IEEJ). The event will be held from 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm on Monday, March 14, at Atlantic Council headquarters (1030 15^th Street NW, 12^th Floor, Washington, DC).

Dr. Koyama joins us to present the IEEJ’s World Energy Outlook 2040, which analyzes the outlook for the global energy sector over the next 25 years. The report assesses the impact of global energy trends including the low oil price environment, the shift of energy consumption to the developing world, the evolution of LNG markets, climate change and emissions reduction efforts, and more.
