H.E. Florence Parly is a dedicated civil servant who has served in her position as Minister of the Armed Forces since 2017. In her role, she oversees crucial aspects of funding, procurement, and operations of the Armed Forces of France. She has wide-ranging experience in public service, as she previously served as the Advisor on Budgetary Affairs and as the head of a variety of departments within the French government, such as the Head of the Social Protection and Social Security Offices; Equipment, Housing, City, and Territorial Planning; Culture and Audiovisual; and finally, the Budget Directorate.
