The fifth annual Atlantic Council Members’ Conference showed off the spectrum of expertise the Council has accumulated in the past year. The day’s panels treated members to global perspectives on the theme “A World In Transition.” The final session of the day was open to the public, and featured a discussion with former National Security Advisors Dr. Zbigniew Brzezinski, Stephen J. Hadley and Lt. Gen. Brent Scowcroft, who also serves as the Council’s interim chairman. Atlantic Council President and CEO Frederick Kempe moderated.
