Andi Cuddington was a senior advisor to the Atlantic Council’s GeoTech Center and a creative strategy lead at the Deloitte Greenhouse in Canada. She works at the intersection of leadership, innovation, and social change.  

Cuddington draws on her background in neuroscience, organizational change, and systems thinking to design inclusive experiences that champion curiosity, promote dialogue across differences, and build momentum. She has facilitated discussions with small executive leadership teams and workshops with more than 250 participants to help uncover hidden opportunities and unexpected collaborations.   

Cuddington is passionate about human-centered technology and embracing creativity as a key driver for growth. Guided by the belief that purpose-driven organizations—both public or private—can be a force for good, Cuddingtonsupports clients from a range of sectors including health care, government, tech, business, sustainability, and the arts.  

Cuddington holds a BSc in Neuroscience from the University of British Columbia and MSc in Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
