Ellie Creasey is an assistant director at the GeoTech Center. In this role, she manages the Center’s work on space issues and leads research on operational sustainability in low-Earth orbit, strengthening the space economy, and the applications of space technologies. Prior to joining the Atlantic Council, she worked with the US Department of State and the Joint Chiefs of Staff on projects to identify and monitor dual-use technologies.
Creasey holds an MA in international science and technology policy from George Washington University’s Space Policy Institute, where she studied the commercial development and deployment of space technologies. She graduated cum laude from the University of Colorado Boulder with a BA in history and political science.
