Jamaica Gayle serves as executive director of the National Foreign Trade Council Foundation’s Global Innovation Forum (GIF), a nonprofit that connects small businesses and policymakers to highlight the opportunities and challenges of engaging in the global marketplace.
In this role, she leads the organization’s work advocating for trade policies and technology solutions that foster small business resilience and growth. Among her priorities, Jamaica works to promote the inclusion of underserved communities in global markets through equitable, sustainable approaches to digital trade. She is also responsible for managing engagements with international organizations including the World Trade Organization (WTO) and Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) on issues related to small businesses and inclusive trade.
Jamaica started her career as a coordinator with the National Association of Manufacturers, working with the policy and government relations division. She holds a BA in political science from the American University in Washington, DC.
