Jason Park is a 2025–2026 Millennium fellow and a foreign service officer at the US Department of State. His next diplomatic assignment will be as political-external affairs chief at the US embassy in Kyiv. Park previously served as a political advisor and negotiator at the US Mission to the United Nations in New York, covering European affairs in the UN Security Council and General Assembly. His prior assignments were in Beijing, Seoul, and Mumbai, as well as with the State Department’s China Desk. Park was part of the first group of Peace Corps volunteers to Cambodia, where he worked in rural education and development. He holds degrees in public policy and international relations from Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs and Johns Hopkins University.
