Joanna Sharpe is a Zimbabwean businesswoman and philanthropist originally from Ukraine. She is a member of the Freedom and Prosperity Center Advisory Council and currently serves as the chief of relations for WestProp Holdings, working alongside her husband Ken.

In addition to her work at WestProp, she is the co-founder of West Group Security Services, an organization aiming to provide jobs for youth and church members. Sharpe has won The Zimbabwe CEO’s Network Woman of Excellence 2024 award and The Diamond Outstanding Woman of the Year 2023 at the MegaFest Women’s Awards.

Sharpe is an advocate of sustainability, working closely with charities and nongovernment organizations, with a particular emphasis on attending to the needs of underprivileged and orphaned children.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Ukraine, and is a fluent speaker of Russian and English.
