John Speed Meyers is a nonresident senior fellow with the Atlantic Council’s Cyber Statecraft Initiative in the Digital Forensic Research Lab and the head of Chainguard Labs at Chainguard. He oversees research on open source software security, software supply chain security, and container security. He previously worked at IQT Labs, the RAND Corporation, and the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments. He holds a PhD in policy analysis from the Pardee RAND Graduate School, a masters in public affairs (MPA) from Princeton’s School of Public and International Affairs, and a BA in international relations from Tufts University.
