Kelsey Callahan serves as senior director of special projects for the Joseph Rainey Center for Public Policy and as director of programming and development for ConservAmerica.  

The Joseph Rainey Center for Public Policy is a cross-partisan, public policy research and leadership development community by and for women, minorities, and mavericks. ConservAmerica is a organization that supports common-sense proposals related to the environment, energy, and public lands through advocacy, education, and grassroots engagement. 

She previously served as senior program associate at Citizens for Responsible Energy Solutions (CRES), a non-profit organization founded in 2013 to engage Republican policy makers and the public about responsible, conservative solutions to address our nation’s energy, economic, and environmental security while increasing America’s competitive edge. Prior to joining CRES, she worked as a development director at Student Veterans of America, deputy finance director for the Pennsylvania Republican Party, regional field director of Southeast Missouri for the RNC Victory Campaign, and a finance director on congressional campaigns in Kansas City, MO, and Fort Lauderdale, FL. Kelsey holds a BA in Communication from American University.
