The Atlantic Council’s Digital Forensic Research Lab (DFRLab) hosts 360/Open Summit: Contested Realities, Connected Futures focusing on human rights and democracy in a hyperconnected, online world.
This two day conference will take place in Brussels, Belgium on June 6 and 7, 2022.

Meet the Council: Women’s History Month edition
Kelsey Henquinet was an associate director, operations and engagement, at the Atlantic Council’s Digital Forensic Research Lab (DFRLab) based in Washington, DC. In her role, Kelsey coordinated external engagements and convenings and supported global operations. Prior to joining the DFRLab, Kelsey worked for the Atlantic Council’s Events team where she managed a number of Council convenings.
Before moving to Washington, Kelsey completed a year of service with AmeriCorps VISTA in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Kelsey holds bachelor’s degrees in History and Political Science with a concentration in Middle Eastern Studies from St. Olaf College. While an undergraduate, Kelsey interned for the U.S. Department of Defense and the American Refugee Committee, and studied in Amman, Jordan and Masaya, Nicaragua.
