Laura Oller is a 2023 Millennium fellow and a principal at VélezReyes+, a Latin American philanthropic platform focused on promoting equal access to opportunities. Oller is responsible for the organization’s leadership engagement, especially aiming to foster and support a critical mass of diverse public and political leaders to promote systemic change and strengthen democracy across the ideological spectrum. Through VélezReyes+, she provides direct support to organizations in Brazil, Colombia, and Peru, and has led the incubation of a new organization in Costa Rica.

Oller is a Brazilian economist and social scientist, with an MBA and an MPP from Harvard University. She is also co-founder of DignifAI, a social enterprise focused on the economic inclusion of forcibly displaced people.
