Manica Noziglia is the director for legislative affairs and policy at General Atomics Electromagnetic Systems. In her current role, she is responsible for all company efforts on Capitol Hill and with various Government stakeholders. This involves strategic problem-solving, direct lobbying, legislative development, and regulatory affairs.
Previously, Ms. Noziglia served as a political appointee in the Pentagon under President Obama as the Policy Team Chief for Legislative affairs where she was the principal advisor on congressional relations to the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy. Before that, Ms. Noziglia served in various positions on Capitol Hill. She was the Military Legislative Assistant to Congressman Jim Moran where she performed budget and policy reviews of DoD programs and served as his primary advisor on national security issues. Before that, she worked as Legislative Aide to Senator Mark Warner on National Security.
