Marcel Lewicki is a 2022 Atlantic Council Millennium fellow and currently serves as director of partnerships and development for the Munich Security Conference (MSC). Lewicki is responsible for the strategic development and management of MSC’s partnerships and leads its fundraising activities. Lewicki is also responsible for more than one hundred side events taking place at the yearly conference, covering a wide variety of topics and showcasing important discussions on an international stage.
Previously, Lewicki served as project coordinator for MSC activities in countries including Germany, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, and Nigeria. He has worked extensively in and on central and eastern Europe, including a stint in Ukraine, where he led a project exploring Ukraine’s place in Europe, as well as in Belarus, Poland, and Georgia. Lewicki studied international relations, international law, and Near and Middle Eastern studies in Munich, Germany; Montreal, Canada; and Tbilisi, Georgia.
