Michael Martelle

Michael Martelle is the inaugural Cyber Vault Fellow at the National Security Archive. He received his M.A. in security policy studies at the Elliott School of International Affairs with a focus on defense analysis and transnational security threats. His work at the National Security Archive has focused on the growth of cyber as a military function.
