Salam Nukta is a participant in the 2025 European Leadership Accelerator hosted by the Atlantic Council’s Millennium Leadership Program. She is a social entrepreneur and strategist with over a decade of experience at the intersection of business value, strategy, and social impact. She holds an MSc in strategy and innovation, which has guided her mission to design economically driven ventures that deliver transformative societal change. As the founder of ChangeMakers, Nukta spearheaded efforts to reduce the gender gap in tech, inspiring young girls to pursue technology-focused academic and career paths. Her initiatives have earned her recognition by the Enterprise for Peace program of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Her work has also been featured in Forbes and by Wamda and showcased on platforms such as TEDxTaoyuan and TEDxEindhoven. Nukta has collaborated with global organizations such as the United Nations (UN) Population Fund; UN Women; and the UN Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization, amplifying youth voices in policymaking and economic development. In 2021, she founded Warsha Consulting, providing innovation and strategy services to organizations seeking sustainable growth and social impact. Recently, she has worked with The Hague Institute for Innovation of Law to leverage technology for human-centered justice. Nukta continues to explore how innovation can empower individuals to achieve financial and social equity, ensuring everyone can live a life of dignity.
