South & Central AfricaSherree Shereni is a global advisor for the Women for Prosperity project at the Atlantic Council’s Freedom and Prosperity Center. She is also the managing director of Mikana Incorporated. Previously, she worked at organizations such as the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, and the Southern African Development Community Central Banking region. Shereni also had a fourteen-year tenure with the Coca-Cola system, working with nearly twenty international nongovernmental organizations to implement more than two hundred projects in more than thirty African countries as program director of The Coca-Cola Africa Foundation.
Shereni is a franchisee of Total Energies Marketing Zimbabwe and founder of Eminence Business Academy. She has also sat on the board of Econet Wireless Zimbabwe Limited, Ecocash Holdings Zimbabwe Limited (formerly Cassava Smartech Zimbabwe Limited), and Bantwana Zimbabwe. Shereni earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Zimbabwe.
