About the awards
Each year, the Atlantic Council Global Citizen Awards convenes a high-level audience of more than 500 global government, business, and civil society leaders on the margins of the United Nations General Assembly. The event underscores the Atlantic Council’s significantly expanded global mission and celebrates unique individuals who embody global citizenship, ranging from heads of state to world-renowned artists.
