The Atlantic Council released an issue brief by Blythe Lyons, nonresident senior fellow of the Energy and Environment Program, entitled: “Primary Energy and Transportation Fuels and the Energy and Water Nexus: Ten Challenges,” which highlights the issues that were brought to light in the November 2011 workshop.
