The minister, who addressed a global audience at the Atlantic Council Africa Centre in Washington DC, United States of America yesterday, cautioned against the international community seeing the crisis in West Africa as a spectre to be watched with passive disposition, warning that the fact that the epidemic crosses borders called for drastic global effort.
