Off the Hill, Iraqi Ambassador Lukman Faily will participate in a forum titled “The Enemy of My Enemy: An Uneasy Coalition and the Threat of ISIS” Monday at the Atlantic Council. The event will include Fred Hof, a former top State Department adviser on Syria who has long urged greater US support for the opposition.
