On November 17, 2023, the Freedom and Prosperity Center hosted a private roundtable with Delyan Dobrev, Chairman of the Committee on Energy for the Bulgarian National Assembly. Dobrev discussed energy security and policies in Eastern Europe. The roundtable was moderated by Joseph Lemoine, Deputy Director of the Freedom and Prosperity Center, and attendees included experts from the Atlantic Council, the Embassy of Bulgaria, the London School of Economics, and GBS Washington Office.
