International Policy Digest reviews Dinu Patriciu Eurasia Center Senior Fellow Anders Åslund’s new book Ukraine: What Went Wrong and How to Fix It, which identifies the causes of Ukraine’s precarious economic position, and the radical steps necessary for improvement:
