This month, IPSI nonresident fellow Brian Kerg co-authored an article in the US Naval Institute’s Proceedings magazine titled, “Collegial Leadership: Leading as a Staff Officer.” The article discusses the importance of collegial leadership within the Marine Corps, highlighting the need for collaboration and influence rather than command authority when leading as a staff officer.
