On September 3, IPSI nonresident senior fellow Dexter Tiff Roberts spoke with the San Francisco Experience about Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo’s visit to Beijing and Shanghai last week. Roberts discussed the effects of tenuous economic relations and distrust between the United States and the PRC on bilateral trade and investment. He also commented on the national security implications of the US-PRC trade relationship and the transfer of technology such as advanced semiconductors.
