Novak quoted in VOA on great power competition in the Pacific Islands

On October 13, IPSI nonresident fellow Parker Novak was quoted in Voice of America on great power competition in the Pacific Islands. Novak stated that “Pacific Island countries will continue to demand that partners strike a balance between development and security assistance, as well as embrace their definition of security, which includes climate change.”
