WASHINGTON, DC – Over the past several months, the Atlantic Council’s Global Energy Center has been expanding its network of nonresident fellows, adding thirteen new thought leaders who bring to the Council wide-ranging expertise on today’s most pressing global energy challenges and opportunities.
