On Wednesday, March 5 at 10:00 a.m. ET, the Atlantic Council’s Europe Center will host a conversation to debrief Kosovo’s parliamentary elections which took place on February 9.
The outcome of Kosovo’s national elections on February 9 set the stage for a political shake-up that is capturing attention on both sides of the Atlantic. With Prime Minister Albin Kurti emerging from the vote in a weakened position, the big question now is, what’s next for Kosovo’s government and what does it mean for the broader Western Balkans at this critical geopolitical moment? Can leaders in Prishtina pull together a governing coalition that not only makes real progress on the Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue but also stabilizes the country’s Euro-Atlantic path?
This event is part of the Europe Center’s #BalkansForward Initiative, which promotes the Western Balkans’ political and economic advancement through Euro-Atlantic integration.
This conversation will take place virtually on ACTV, YouTube, X (formerly known as Twitter), Facebook, and LinkedIn. To attend virtually, please register above.
