Giovana Cardoso is an assistant director for development at the Atlantic Council’s Digital Forensic Research Lab. In her role, she supports opportunity identification, proposal development, and grant management.
Cardoso previously worked as a research consultant for a monitoring and evaluating firm based in the United Kingdom. She has also interned at Amnesty International’s Digital Campaigns unit in London and in the UNESCO Brasilia Office. She holds a bachelor’s degree in politics and international relations from Royal Holloway, University of London and a master’s degree in international development from the Institute of Development Studies in the United Kingdom. She is based in Washington, DC.
