Leon Leskovec is a participant in the 2025 European Leadership Accelerator hosted by the Atlantic Council’s Millennium Leadership Program. He is a policy advisor with the Legislative Coordination Unit of the EPP Group in the European Parliament. Previously, he worked as the head of cabinet of Member of the European Parliament Karlo Ressler. Before that, he worked as a policy advisor with the UK delegation in the European Conservatives and Reformists (ECR) Group in the European Parliament as well as the project manager in the ECR Party. Leskovec serves as a board member at the Academy for Political Development, a multipartisan organization focused on fostering political dialogue among young leaders. He has a strong interest in the EU accession path of Western Balkan countries. As a member of the Transatlantic Policy Network and an alumnus of the American Council for Young Political Leaders. He also has a strong interest in transatlantic relations. Leskovec has a bachelor and master’s degree in political science from the University of Zagreb.
