Michalina Sobolewska is a 2025 Millennium Leadership Intensive participant and part of the Low Carbon Solutions team at ExxonMobil, where she focuses on decarbonization technologies such as hydrogen, carbon capture and storage, critical raw minerals, and carbon markets. She is a dynamic and results-driven professional with over six years of experience in energy policy development, advocacy, and strategic business planning. As a German-Polish trained lawyer and PhD candidate at Humboldt University in Berlin, her research focuses on regulatory concepts in the energy sector, with particular attention to European energy law and national constitutional law. Sobolewska is a graduate of Harvard Law School and the University of Texas at Austin Executive Education program. She is also an active member of the Hanns-Seidel Foundation, the World Energy Council’s Young Energy Professionals, and the American Chamber of Commerce’s 30 Under 30 program in Warsaw.
