Nour Dabboussi is the assistant director to the Atlantic Council’s Rafik Hariri Center and Middle East Programs. In her capacity, Dabboussi is responsible for program support to the director and deputy director and contributes to the center’s events, publications, and research efforts. Prior to joining the Atlantic Council, Dabboussi was an intern at the Lebanese Mission to the United Nations, an intern at the Los Angeles Mayor’s Office of Public Safety, and a research intern at a few think tanks including the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, Pacific Council on International Policy, and Beirut Institute.
Dabboussi holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia’s School of International and Public Affairs where she focused on the Middle East; a master’s degree in Human Rights and Humanitarian Action from Sciences Po’s Paris School for International Affairs where she also focused on the Middle East; and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is a fluent speaker of English, French, and Arabic.
