Sheffy Kolade is a global advisor for the Women for Prosperity project with the Atlantic Council’s Freedom and Prosperity Center.
She is a social entrepreneur and business strategist with more than fourteen years of experience spanning Africa, Europe, and North America. As the founder and chief executive officer of Boxes and Baskets Global Resource Limited, Kolade has worked to empower underrepresented artisans and business owners, particularly women, across Nigeria. Her work focuses on sustainable development and inclusive business practices.
Kolade is pursuing a mid-career MPA at Harvard University. She is a member of the Forbes Business Council, where she focuses on closing the funding gap for marginalized groups.
Kolade often speaks at conferences and seminars on social entrepreneurship, women’s inclusion in leadership, and the intersection of business and social impact.
