Soda Lo was a project assistant with the Scowcroft Strategy Initiative in the Atlantic Council’s Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security. Prior to joining the Council, she worked as a project coordinator for the University of Maryland’s Center for Social Value Creation, spearheading consulting projects with impact-driven companies and organizations. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, studying international business and operations management business analytics. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in foreign service at Georgetown University, where she specializes in international development.
